Congratulations on choosing to pamper your pet with a stay at Jet Pet Resort!
Just follow these three easy steps to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process:
- Call us today at 604.238.PETS (7387) to reserve your pet’s stay with our front desk concierge.
- Tours are available daily from 11am – 4pm or by appointment.
- We can help you save time when dropping off your pet by providing all our registration forms and pet care policies in PDF format. Simply download, print and complete the forms prior to your pet’s check-in time.
Please ensure you download, print and complete all forms provided here, including:
- At check-in time, please remember to bring in all completed, signed forms, along with proof of vaccination, your pet’s preferred food, required medication, special toys and blankets, and other items. Please refer to our Jet Pet Resort Policies for more information. Please note, our lobby is open 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for check-in and check-out of your pet. If you need to drop off or pick up your pet outside of these hours, you must contact us in advance.
