Guest Registration Details
In order to serve you and your jet-set lifestyle, our staff is ready to assist you.
CHECKING IN
- To ensure quality care of each pet, we request that each pet parent fill out an application and waiver before their pet’s stay
- Vaccinations must be up-to-date for the safety of all guests
- Vaccines must be administered seven days prior to your pet’s stay
- Please allow for extra time at check-in for:
- Our Pet Specialists will go through your pet’s routine with you including feeding times, exercise routines, and any other special requests to ensure a quality stay
- Our staff will perform a preliminary check of each pet guest checking-in for signs of happy, healthy pets!
CHECKING OUT
- Please inform our staff of your planned collection time so that we may have your pet and their belongings ready, especially if your planned arrival is before or after our designated Check Out times
- If your pet is booked into our Spaw, please provide a collection time to ensure they are clean, dry, and ready to go when you arrive
- We do not charge for daycare on the day of collection
I was nervous about leaving my 2 rescue dogs for a week, because I thought it might be similar to staying in a shelter and they might get stressed. But it was the opposite! My dogs were very happy – I could see it in the pictures they posted daily (even over the holiday season). They had a room together and enjoyed playing in the common area with dogs of their size and staff.
With the NEW ownership as of July 2014, there are trained vet techs on staff which I thought was beneficial in case there was a problem. I was able to call in to make sure there were no issues, too (just nervous leaving them). I would definitely come back!
