One day, Ismael decided to hitchhike across the entire country—and back again to his home province of Quebec. The experience forged his resilience and willing nature, as well as sparked the decision to make Vancouver home. Having grown up with two beautiful cats, Nemo and Popcorn, Ismael decided to lean into his love of animals and join the Jet Pet team, taking customer service excellence to heart in ensuring every dog and pet parent leaves with a smile.
