If you live in Sunset, your dog can join Jet Pet Resort For safe, supervised play and daycare while you work. We serve families with dogs between Fraser and Cambie.
While many Sunset and Punjabi Market neighbourhood homes have yards, dogs still need social time with other pups. Our Olympic Village location sits less than ten minutes north via Main Street. You can drop off on your way to downtown or the North Shore.
Street parking at our facility takes seconds. Morning and afternoon half-day sessions are great for errands, and full day is perfect for folks working from home or the office. Dog Daycare Sunset is safe, supervised care and play.
Morning Drop-Off Works for Sunset Commuters Heading Downtown or to Further
You can start your dog’s daycare and be back on the road by 7am. Get an early start to the day and avoid bridge traffic during rush hour. Drive or transit to our Olympic Village facility, pull into the free stall at our entrance, and walk your dog to the door. Staff greet you at the entrance, take the leash, and you leave within two minutes. Your morning schedule stays intact while your dog starts playing.
Socialized Play is an Enriching Experience
Sunset is a charming and quiet area, with Sunset Park and Winona at your doorstep. Dogs in houses and basement units typically have a yard to play in. But when you’re not around, or when you’re looking for more stimulation for your dog, consider daycare.
Dogs need other dogs to stay mentally sharp 1. Supervised group play burns more energy than running alone. We match dogs by energy level for play. Your dog returns home tired and satisfied from hours of chasing, wrestling, and playing with friends.
Flexible Pickup Times Fit Long Days and Shift Work
Half-day sessions end around 2 p.m. if you work mornings. Full-day sessions are 10 hours and let you pick up after 5 p.m. or later. Workers in Sunset and along the are close to our facility, and our pickup hours accommodate these schedules. You won’t need to wait long, or search through play areas yourself, we’re here to help!
Getting to Us from Sunset Takes Under Ten Minutes by Car or Transit
From South Main Street: Drive north on Main. Make a left on Broadway, and Right on Manitoba St. Head down the hill and take a left in the alleyway before W 3rd Ave. Our facility entry is in the alley, pull into the free parking stalls.
Transit riders can can get on the Canada Line at Langara-49th Avenue, and take the train to Olympic Village. We’re just a 5 minute walk from the station.
Controlled Environment Keeps Shy Dogs Comfortable
Your first daycare experience starts with a behaviour assessment, make sure to let us know in advance if you’d like to schedule one. With an understanding of your dog’s behaviour, our staff introduce your dog to playmates with a similar temperament.
Sunset’s quieter residential streets mean some dogs meet fewer people than downtown dogs. Your dog will interact with the group in a safe and controlled environment, and our trained staff keep an eye out for any signs of stress or boredom. There is always time for rest and meals away from the group to rest and reset.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept dogs who haven't been to daycare but are used to Sunset Park's off-leash area?
Yes, our guests have a range of experiences and comfort level with other dogs. Off-leash park experience usually means you and your have some experience with other dogs. If these experiences have been a challenge in the past, don’t worry, we are experts at addressing dog’s needs to optimize their time with others.
Can I book half-day sessions if I only work mornings?
Yes, half-day drop-in sessions are available in the morning or afternoon. Halfdays are up to 5 hours.

North Vancouver Dog Boarding
Our 13,000 square foot indoor/outdoor dog daycare and boarding facility in North Vancouver offers your dog a spacious, clean, and fun environment. We put safety first, with a personal touch. We cater to all breeds, sizes, and personalities, with areas to suit the loungers, playful pups, and cuddlers. Dogs can play in one of our gated outdoor courtyards complete with pools, the indoor courtyard, or catch a nap in the lounge with the beds and flat-screen TVs. See our boarding rates for dogs below.
Dog Daycare
Jet Pet North Vancouver offers doggy daycare in addition to our regular boarding services. As a premier facility fully equipped for fun and outfitted for safety first, our professionally trained staff will ensure your dog has a great day while you’re away.
Full-day dog daycare is up to 10 hours at our North Vancouver facility, so you’ll never have to worry about working late; it’s all included.

North Shore Cat Boarding
At Jet Pet North Shore we provide a welcoming environment that your cat can feel safe and comfortable in, so they’ll have peace and you can have peace of mind. Our qualified team is there to provide one-on-one attention.
If your cat enjoys grooming, please bring a favourite brush or comb so we can continue their routine. Each cat is fed separately, and at their own pace to ensure their time with us is as relaxing as possible.

Tours are available any time. While calling ahead to arrange a tour is great, it is not required. And of course, your pet is welcome to join you on the tour!
Please note that if you are bringing in your pet for a behavioural assessment, an appointment is necessary. If you are bringing your dog for a tour or an assessment, please bring proof of vaccination against Bordetella, Rabies and Distemper.
