Craig Pollack
Owner

Craig is a results-driven senior executive with substantive experience building and leading high performance companies.

He attributes his success to being an honest communicator who leads by example, and strives to continually build dynamic teams that have a desire to serve and delight clients.

Combining his previous experiences, which included brand management at Procter and Gamble Inc. and CEO skills from Race Face Performance Products, Craig champions the strategic development of Jet Pet and develops the company’s brand identity and culture. He’s actively involved in managing Jet Pet’s industry-leading, sister pet services company, Release The Hounds.

Over the years, Craig has sat on the board of a number of companies. In his spare time, Craig enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities and spending time with his family, including his very active, and often entertaining, three boys.

Chris Larmer
Owner

Chris has a proven, 20-year track record in strategic deal making achieved through focus, persistence, motivation, and experience.

The first half of Chris’s career began in technology and wireless strategic account sales to government and major corporate clients, until he earned a position as Global VP Sales & Marketing for an Internet Advertising Firm at age 26. He went on to acquire his first company shortly thereafter and has personally been involved with over 40 Mergers and Acquisition transactions since that time.

Now at Jet Pet, Chris is an active partner providing valuable contributions to the strategic direction and culture of the company. He is an adamant believer that the health of a company starts and ends with corporate culture.

In the past 10-years as a company co-founder, Chris now leads the strategic sales and negotiation processes at Sequoia Mergers and Acquisitions, and gets a genuine kick out of ensuring his clients achieve more than they ever thought was possible. Chris supports several local charities and spends his free time going all out at Crossfit, then recovering with his two girls, his beautiful wife, and a fishing rod in the water.

James Woller
Owner

James is a natural entrepreneur with a track record of excellence-driven results through the creation, growth and development of effective teams with a focus on organizational leadership.

Since joining Release the Hounds in 2011 as an owner, James has played a significant role in propelling the industry-leading pet services brand from a start-up into one of Canada’s largest dog walking companies through his focus on excellence in client care and quality of service.

Previously he was the Director of Business Development with Bulembu, a sustainable development initiative in Southern Africa. James was part of a team that created over 650 jobs and multiple companies; generating significant revenue for orphan care, education and community development.

James has also sat on the board of the Trinity Western Alumni Association and co-authored The Skill, a leadership book on personal mastery and learning. James loves spending time with his wife Rose and their three children. In his rare downtime, he enjoys playing tennis, skiing and traveling.

Fay
Owner/Director of Operations

Fay has always been an animal lover and being with them is where she is most happy.

Trained at University College Dublin, Ireland as a Veterinary Technician, she became the Practice Manager of a busy City Centre Veterinary group in Dublin, and frequently volunteered with animal organizations. Fay moved to Vancouver in 2014 where she joined the Jet Pet team with its new ownership and is enjoying the change in career. She always knew she would work with animals; she especially enjoys dog training. Delighted to be a part of the Jet Pet team, Fay is determined to provide the best care for all of her guests.

Really amazing people working here. I’ve never seen my little guy run to people like that. They really took the time to get to know him and they always take super good care of him.
