COVID-19 Update

At Jet Pet, we are committed to caring for the health and well being of our team members, our clients, and of our course your pets, during these uncertain times.  Please read the following on how we can work together to stay safe.

Changes to our Operations

  • Our hours may vary, please check with your location.
  • As a temporary safety measure, we are not doing any in person tours. We will get back to conducting in person tours as soon as it’s deemed safe to do so.  In the meantime, please note that we have great visibility online with virtual tours, Instagram Live/Stories and live camera feeds on our website.

What We’re Doing

  • We have implemented enhanced cleaning practices for all facilities
    • We are using the O-Zone/Hospital standard cleaning agent. These cleaning agents are proven to eliminate COVID-19.
    • We are sanitizing every surface hourly to ensure constant cleanliness in the facility(s).
    • We have hand sanitizing options available at all front desks for our clients and team.
    • Our Team members are maintaining appropriate social distance in the facilities, and are sanitizing their hands between every interaction.
    • We have safety procedures in place to keep you and us safe. We are utilising masks and plexiglass screens in several areas.
  • Using our own leashes
    • Upon dropping off your pet, a pet specialist will attach one of our leashes enabling you to unclip yours and take it with you.  Please bring yours back at pick-up.

What You Can Do

  • Boarding Clients

    • Please only bring food and treats and no other belongings for your pet. Please pack these in a container, which we will sanitize when returned to you.
  • Daycare Clients

    • Please do not bring any belongings, food included, for your pet. If you have any concerns, or your pet has allergies, please contact us and we can work out an alternative solution.
  • If you are feeling ill/unwell, please contact us to arrange an alternative pick-up/drop-off procedure.
  • If you are returning from a trip and need to self isolate, please contact us for more information, or have a friend or family member do the pick-up.
