Your dog plays with similarly sized and temperament1-matched pups. We use the behaviour assessment and observations throughout the day to set up our playgroups. Our staff observe and oversee play and catch disagreements before they happen. Main Street, 16th Ave, Ontario St or Scotia St, these are some of the most beautiful and hippest in the city, but also the busiest.
Dogs from South Main are special, they are surrounded by people and other dogs. Our dog daycare is a safe and easy way to socialize under supervision. Each staff member is trained in dog first aid, ready to respond to any issues that arise. And we’re just a short drive or walk away from home.
Active Play, Rest Breaks, and Down Time
We follow a proven structured schedule that keeps dogs engaged but not overstimulated. Expect morning play, rest breaks, a feed, and more activity in rotation. This routine is based on years of experience with guests of all types, making sure to maximize social time without overtiring. Down time is always available, and helps your dog settle at our facility. When owners pick up their pets after work they sometimes notice that their dog wants to stay and play. The activity and controlled stimulation makes for a calm evening back at home.
It’s Easy to Reach Us from South Main
Head north on Main St, turn left on Broadway. Make a right on Manitoba and turn left in the alleyway before W. 3rd Avenue. You’ll find our signage behind the building in the alley, with parking stalls for your drop off.
From Cambie Street heading north, keep right at the Cambie Bridge and turn right onto West 2nd. Veer right at W. 3rd Avenue and continue to Columbia St. Turn right and then left in the alleyway south of W. 3rd Ave to find out entrance and free parking stalls.
First-Day of Dog Daycare
Expect a behaviour assessment on day 1. This assessment allows us to group dogs with similar temperament. Make sure to bring vet records for a vaccination check, required for daycare at Jet Pet Resort.

Can I drop off my dog before 7:00 AM for an early commute?
Yes, early drop-off is available from 6:30am. We understand many South Main residents work downtown. Our staff arrive early to accommodate morning schedules.
Is parking tight near your location?
Paid street parking is available on W. 3rd Ave, and we have parking stalls for quick drop-off and pick-up at our entrance. Plan extra time during rush hour or when there are nearby events like dragon boat racing.
Do you accept anxious dogs?
Yes, all dogs are welcome, owners are sometimes surprised just how quickly dogs jump into their routine at our professionally managed daycare.

Our 13,000 square foot indoor/outdoor dog daycare and boarding facility in North Vancouver offers your dog a spacious, clean, and fun environment. We put safety first, with a personal touch. We cater to all breeds, sizes, and personalities, with areas to suit the loungers, playful pups, and cuddlers. Dogs can play in one of our gated outdoor courtyards complete with pools, the indoor courtyard, or catch a nap in the lounge with the beds and flat-screen TVs. See our boarding rates for dogs below.
Dog Daycare
Jet Pet North Vancouver offers doggy daycare in addition to our regular boarding services. As a premier facility fully equipped for fun and outfitted for safety first, our professionally trained staff will ensure your dog has a great day while you’re away.

At Jet Pet North Shore we provide a welcoming environment that your cat can feel safe and comfortable in, so they’ll have peace and you can have peace of mind. Our qualified team is there to provide one-on-one attention.

Tours are available any time. While calling ahead to arrange a tour is great, it is not required. And of course, your pet is welcome to join you on the tour!
Please note that if you are bringing in your pet for a behavioural assessment, an appointment is necessary. If you are bringing your dog for a tour or an assessment, please bring proof of vaccination against Bordetella, Rabies and Distemper.
