At Jet Pet, we offer two options for payment – debit or credit card. Payment via either option works in the same manner in that we will charge payment based on the invoices for services provided. For debit, it will be a charge to your bank account, and of course for credit, a charge to your credit card for payment.
Whether you pay via debit or credit card, please know that your banking or card information is 100% secure. We bank with TD Canada Trust, and your financial information is stored solely on TD’s servers.
Please note that if you would like to pay via credit card, there will be a 2% processing fee that will be reflected on each invoice. This fee represents the costs we pay to process a credit card. If you are an existing client, please contact us and confirm that the card number we have on file is current. If you are a new client, please contact us with your card details.
If you would like to pay via debit, there are no additional charges. For debit, please fill out the PAD Agreement document which follows this letter.
